Eligibility Criteria for Access to Portal
This portal contains Privileged and Confidential information and is strictly meant for individuals who are eligible to apply for the 1% fund of the Robinson Huron Treaty Settlement
Entry into the portal will be granted only to individuals who are verified to be eligible to apply for the 1% fund.
You are eligible to apply for the 1% fund,
if you meet one of the two following criteria below:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1:
Prior to September 9, 2023 you were:

a registered member of one of the 21 RHT First Nations and you are no longer a member (i.e. you transferred to a non-RHT First Nation): and,
-
you received or were "entitled to receive" [1] RHT treaty payment and you no longer recieve an RHT treaty payment and,
-
you were alive on the effective date of September 9, 2023
OR
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2:
If you were alive and, on the Sudbury General List on the effective date of September 9, 2023.
[1] "Entitled to receive" for purposes of this 1% application means that your name was on the RHT Treaty Paylist maintained by Indigenous Services Canada where you picked up your $4 annual treaty payment or not.
If you are currently a member of one of the Robinson Huron Treaty First Nations please do no request access to this portal.
